Refund Policy

You may request a full refund within 24 hours of signing up for any program, subject to a 6% processing fee to cover credit card transaction fees. Beyond the first twenty-four hours, you may request a refund minus a 12% processing and admin fee per individual camp registration. Alternatively, you can opt to transfer a registration(s) to any other program of equivalent value free of charge. If the new program is a higher value, then you are responsible for the additional fee within forty-eight hours.

No refunds, credits or transfers will be granted within seven (7) days prior to the start of any program.

For summer programs taking place in June, July, or August, no refunds will be given after June 1; any refund requests after this date will result in a credit for use on a future program.
For indoor programs, no refunds will be given beyond 24 hours after registering due to the high costs associated with renting facilities. Any refund requests after 24 hours of registering will result in a credit for use on a future program.

All Summer Pass refunds are subject to a 12% cancellation fee.
