Stuart Barlow

Stuart is our head of business development working within our recreational, pre-travel and Summer camp markets. Having traveled the length and breadth of the Midwest over the past eleven year, Stuart is willing to put in the leg work to deliver our mission.

Stuart is passionate about helping young players get off to a good start to their soccer journey.

Adam Hewitt

Hometown: Lincoln, UK

Adam handles the more competitive side of P2 operations, having worked as a travel club DOC for the past eight years. Adam also coaches with St Xavier University (Chicago) and has a background in the professional game.

Adam is dedicated to maximizing every player's potential and ensuring they achieve their soccer goals in their pursuit of college and professional playing opportunities.

David B

Operations Director

Hometown: Middlesbrough, UK

David started his coaching career with Redcar FC in the Northeast of England where he volunteered with their U10 and U11 Boy’s teams. David developed a passion for helping young players and found himself moving to the States in 2015.

He has since worked with a variety of programs in 6 states and currently calls Chicago his home where be works with Glenview AYSO Extra and Glenbrook Strikers. David is also in the process of acquiring is UEFA B License to add to his C License.

Marcela C

Marketing & Communications Director

Hometown: Downers Grove, IL

Marcela has played soccer for 18 years including playing collegiately at Roosevelt University, where she was a captain of the women's program. As her collegiate playing career came to an end Marcella decided to remain in the game and switch her focus to coaching. Whilst working through her USSF qualifications Marcela has been coaching on camps and working with our players during the winter to prepare her to hit the ground running come the Spring season.

Her coaching philosophy aims to develop player skills, intelligence, and soccer appreciation through constructive relationship-building and approachable instruction, with value placed on self-confidence and teamwork. When she’s not playing or coaching soccer, Marcela likes to watch movies and try new vegetarian recipes.

Nick K

Program Manager

Hometown: Downers Grove, IL

Nick is a lifelong AYSO member, from player, to coach, to trainer. Nick learned from his father who is an AYSO advanced coach and a current AYSO volunteer.

Nick played club for Jabhat as well as varsity for Evanston Township High School before moving more towards coaching.
