Stuart Barlow

Stuart oversees business development and program growth across P2’s recreational, pre-travel, and summer camp offerings. Over the past decade, he has built relationships throughout the Midwest and helped shape P2 into a trusted training environment for families at every stage of the game.

He focuses on building strong operational systems, expanding opportunities for players, and ensuring that P2 programs remain accessible, organized, and developmentally sound. Stuart is passionate about helping young players begin their soccer journey with the right foundation, both on and off the field.

Adam Hewitt

Hometown: Lincoln, UK

Adam leads the competitive side of P2 operations, guiding curriculum development and long-term player progression within advanced and travel pathways. In addition to his role at P2, he serves as a Director of Coaching at the club level and coaches at St. Xavier University in Chicago, bringing experience from high-level competitive environments back into P2’s programs.

The perspective he gains from working within the club and collegiate game plays an ongoing role in shaping P2’s competitive philosophy and coaching approach. He is driven to elevate standards in every aspect, strengthening both player development and coaching excellence while preparing athletes for collegiate and professional opportunities.

David B

Operations Director

Hometown: Middlesbrough, UK

David began his coaching career with Redcar FC in the Northeast of England, volunteering with U10 and U11 boys teams and quickly developing a passion for youth development. Since relocating to the United States in 2015, he has worked with programs across six states, gaining experience in both grassroots and competitive environments.

At P2, David supports the day-to-day organization of programs, helping ensure coaches are prepared, logistics are in place, and training environments run smoothly. He brings the same operational focus to his role as Director of Operations at Elite Strikers, where he also remains active in coaching. He currently holds his UEFA C License and is pursuing his UEFA B License, reflecting his continued commitment to professional growth.

Lucas C

Program Manager

Hometown: Buenos Aires, Argentina

Originally from Buenos Aires, Argentina, Lucas has been part of P2 Soccer Training for over five years, working with players of all ages and levels. As Program Manager, he leads player development while mentoring and training P2’s coaching staff to continually elevate the standard across the organization.

Lucas has also gained valuable travel experience working with Team Evanston in competitive environments. Off the field, he serves as a volunteer pastor and leader at his church in Rogers Park, where mentorship and community are central to his work.

He lives in Chicago with his wife and two children and is committed to helping players and coaches grow both on and off the field.
