CHALLENGE 1: TOE TAPS
As many toe taps as you can in 30 seconds
If you can do more than 50 in 30 seconds, try Brazilian toe taps
Maintain control of the ball
Each touch = 1 point
Practice as much as you want, then log attempts on your scorecard

CHALLENGE 2: SKILLZ SQUARE
Set up a square with 4 objects that are 2 big steps apart
Start in the middle of the square
Dribble your ball around as many cones as you can in 30 seconds
To make it more challenging, try moving the ball around the cone with the sole of your foot while keeping your body inside the square
Maintain control of the ball
Each cone = 1 point
Practice as much as you want, then log attempts on your scorecard

CHALLENGE 3: Hit the Target
Set up target
Stand 1 step away from the target for every year of your age (max 12)
Example: 6 year old stands 6 steps away, 10 year old stands 10 steps away, 15 year old stands 12 steps away.
Each player gets 10 attempts
Each hit = 1 point
If you hit all 10, keep going until you miss

CHALLENGE 4: How’s your touch?
Set up 4x4 box
Each player gets 10 attempts to trap the ball
Keeping the ball within the square
Each successful trap = 1 point
To make it more challenging, receive the ball in the air
We recommend having a server deliver the ball, but if you don’t have anyone, you can pass against a wall, or throw the ball up in the air.

CHALLENGE 5: Against the Wall
Set up 2 markers against a wall 6 feet apart
Set up another marker about 5 feet away from the wall
Each player has 30 seconds to complete as many passes against the wall and within the markers
Each successful pass between the markers = 1 point
To make it more challenging, try completing passes with only one touch
Practice as much as you want, then log attempts on your scorecard

CHALLENGE 6: KEEP IT UP
30 seconds
Keep the ball in the air by juggling as many times as possible
Each kick of the ball = 1 point
To make it more challenging, try alternating which foot you are juggling the ball with- left, right, left, right.

CHALLENGE 7: KEEP IT UP AGAINST THE WALL
Get as many consecutive juggles with the wall as possible
Each juggle with the wall = 1 point
For beginners, allow a bounce between juggles
Practice as much as you want, then log attempts on your scorecard

CHALLENGE 8: Hit the (Elevated) Target
Choose or place an elevated target
Stand 10 steps away from the target
You get 5 attempts to hit the target
No bounces allowed
If you hit the target on all 5 attempts, take 2 steps back
Score = total number of steps away from your target that you get before you fail to hit the target (10 + any additional steps you took)
Try with your weak foot
Goalkeepers can do a throw at their target

CHALLENGE 9: IN THE BIN
Lay trash can on side
Stand 6 yards away
10 attempts to get ball into trashcan
Practice as much as you want, then log attempts on your scorecard
In the bin = 1 point
To make it more challenging, use your weak foot

CHALLENGE 10: Be Creative
Set up an obstacle course using skills and tricks we’ve worked on in challenges 1-9
Get creative! Set it up however you’d like
Try to utilize as many skills as you can
Practice as much as you want, then log attempts on your scorecard
