Ages 6-11

PATH2PROGRESS IS THE IDEAL PROGRAM FOR GRASSROOTS PLAYERS; PROVIDING AN ALL-ROUND SOCCER TRAINING EXPERIENCE WITH FOCUS ON THE TECHNICAL AND TACTICAL DEMANDS OF THE GAME.

A curriculum designed for recreational and intermediate level players, each day players will be challenged in an exciting training environment, working on gaining a better understanding and improving their execution of both the attacking and defensive demands of the game.

 

Daily Skills

Expect your player to develop their skills in the following areas:

  • Monday - Midfielders (passing, trapping & spacing)
  • Tuesday - Wingers (dribbling, moves & crossing)
  • Wednesday - Defenders (tackling, shadowing & 1v1 defending)
  • Thursday - Strikers (shooting and finishing)
  • Friday - Goalkeepers (saving, catching & distribution)


Typical Day:

  1. Ball familiarization - juggling and skills

  2. Welcome and daily intro

  3. Skill-based warm-up (based on day)

  4. Technique development

  5. Tactical understanding to implement the skill

  6. Small-sided games

  7. Conditioned scrimmages

  8. Free-play

  9. Daily re-cap

Ages 11+

PATH2PERFECT IS A CAREFULLY DESIGNED PROGRAM OFFERED FOR THE MORE EXPERIENCED SOCCER PLAYER WHO IS FOCUSED ON TAKING THEIR GAME TO THE HIGHEST LEVEL.

Our advanced curriculum presents players with the opportunity to be challenged within various game situations in order to improve their game understanding, decision making, and speed of play. Players will be challenged to use their technical skills to help them in a tactical environment whilst ensuring that they better understand the how, when, where, who and why of any situation. 

 

Daily Skills

Expect your player to develop their skills in the following areas:

  • Monday
    - Attacking Focus: Build up from the back
    - Defending Focus: Preventing the opposition build up
  • Tuesday
    - Attacking Focus: Playing through the middle third
    - Defending Focus: Preventing play through the thirds
  • Wednesday
    - Attacking Focus: Creating chances in the attacking third
    - Defending Focus: Preventing goal scoring opportunities
  • Thursday - Transition play & Combining the phases
  • Friday - Game play


Typical Day:

  1. Group introduction meeting and goal setting

  2. Dynamic warm up (Injury prevention)

Ages 6-15

Path2Practice is our game-based afternoon curriculum.

Players are given the chance to partake in activities centered around soccer that allow for multiple repetitions of certain skills in a more relaxed environment. Players can expect to play soccer tennis, soccer baseball and World Cup. The emphasis is on fun and enjoyment.
