Please review the attached Independent Contractor Agreement below. This Agreement outlines the terms and conditions required to represent P2 Soccer Training as an independent contractor and includes the Coach Code of Conduct.

Reviewing and agreeing to this document is required in order to provide services on behalf of P2 Soccer Training.
